Chickweed (Stellaria media) is harvested at peak potency from our gardens and air-dried for two days before steeping in organic alcohol for a minimum of six weeks.

Chickweed is traditionally used as a cooling demulcent and expectorant to relieve coughs, bronchitis, pleurisy, colds and hoarseness. Chickweed may also be used for some skin conditions and externally as an anti-inflammatory. It is considered a nourishing tonic for improving overall energy levels, helps speed fat metabolism and can be a tool for weight loss programs.
