Wild dandelion blossoms are harvested in April and May from our gardens and infused in Greek extra-virgin olive oil.
Dandelion blossom oil has been used as a folk remedy for painful, swollen joints, as a healthy breast massage oil and as an all-around gentle and soothing massage oil.
A healing salve can be made by heating 1 part beeswax to 3 parts dandelion blossom oil. A variety green-garden salves or massage blends can be created by blending dandelion blossom oil with other oils such as chickweed, plantain and comfrey.
Please store your oils in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator and use within one year. If stored in the fridge, the oil will solidify. Bring to room temperature before using.
