Chef Competition: 1-3 PM Each participating chef is linked with a local farm to prepare a delicious "taste" from pasture-raised beef, pork or poultry. Festival goers can purchase tasting tickets and then vote on their favorite. Past favorites have included honey roasted ham with grilled corn cake, Caribbean beef shanks, and Co Au Vin. Slow Food Steering Committee member Rich Vergili is coordinating this year's competition, and it's sure to be a delicious hit. This year...
