Ordering Information

ORDERING ONLINE
You can place an order via our website using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or personal checks. With personal checks, we will not ship your order until the payment has cleared, usually within 3-4 business days.

ORDERING VIA FAX, PHONE, EMAIL or MAIL
You can fax or phone in your order to (888) 737-6535 24 hours a day. Outside of office hours (generally 11am - 4pm mountain time), you can leave your order on our voice mail. Please include your credit card, card expiration and card verification number. You may also mail your payment. Please email or call for our mailing address. We no longer post our mailing address online due to people showing up at all sorts of odd hours. If you would like to email your order, please do not put your credit card information into an email. Call and leave the number on our voicemail or email a phone number and the best time for us to call you.

SHIPPING
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 1-3 business days for the continental US. Orders for bottles may ship via parcel post. Please email or call if you have questions about expedited service. We can ship next day with an additional fee of $10 in addition to the USPS fees. International orders require additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally. The automated shipping calculated on the website is for domestic shipping only. Additional shipping is required for international orders and varies depending on the service selected. Please contact us with your mailing address and items you wish to order, and we will send you a shipping estimate. You are responsible for any customs charges or return shipment charges.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns due to our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorized with a return authorization number. Due to health regulations, any product that has been opened may not be returned.

The shipping cost for any orders returned for any other reason other than our error will be charged to you. This includes refused deliveries, bad addresses, or unclaimed deliveries.

PRICES
We try to keep our expenses as low as possible. However, with the rapid increase in the cost of materials, we cannot guarantee the prices listed in our brochure. All prices are subject to change.
